Little Redder

About Gus

pronouns she/her

I'm a UK based painter and performer, raised in Brighton where I now live and work.I paint mostly in acrylic: ambiguous objects that sometimes fall or are piled in precarious towers. They are elusive but often with something anatomical or human at their core.

My performance work is collaborative, relying on the talents and skills of fellow artists both in the world of theatre/literature and in my local community.  I am grateful for funding on a number of occasions from Arts Council England.
